Patsy Northcutt collaborated closely on the development of content and structure for WebWare's password protected extranet site. Northcutt created a series of over 30 short Knowledge Transfer videos to explain the features of WebWare's digital asset management software. She then distributed these movies to clients, partners, distributors and sales reps via the extranet site, a CD-ROM mailer and by videotape.
